Resources for Family Wellness

A Covenant is simply an agreement among friends to get one thing done well

Free and private, with specific times, goals, results and feedback

Goal Choices

The Relationship

When out of gear with someone:

  • Do we each feel listened to?
  • Take time to talk together.
  • Make time each week just for ourselves.
  • We agree on what is important and what is not.
  • When we don't agree, we honour each other's priorities.
  • We give each other some slack.
  • When we clash, we work out the problem together.
  • When one of us is upset, we talk together about it.
  • What help do we need to make this relationship work?
