- When dealing with a serious illness, seek support from a friend/mentor who has already dealt with it.
- Stay in the mainstream of medicine; dont look for the quick-fix.
- I will seek another who has good health habits for guidance.
- I will go get that check up now.
- I will go to the dentist and do what he says brush, floss.
- I will quit smoking.
- I will follow a regular and balanced diet.
- I will do regular exercises at least three times a week.
